Bio: BARONS is a band of dudes. This Pittsburgh based melodic punk rock band is the sum of a diverse group of parts. The members individually have spent years cutting their teeth with different local and national touring bands before coming together to collectively form BARONS. While its obvious their roots were firmly planted growing up with all the bands from the Dischord, Jadetree and No Idea catalogs, they certainly aren’t just another old guy throw back punk band. After releasing their debut EP on Underground Communique Records and an additional split 7″ with local buds Remainders, they have spent much of the past year traveling around the east coast and mid west sharing the stage with the likes of Against Me!, the Bronx, Off With Their Heads, Red City Radio, Pears, The Sidekicks, The Holy Mess…etc as well as being part of the line up at punk rock mecca “The FEST” in Gainesville and Montreal’s Pouzza Fest.
